This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on this date by and between:

Party A

Invexup Inc, 90, State Street, Ste 700, Albany, NY 12207. Dos ID: 6458229. (Hereby known as the Partner “A”), and;

Party B

(Hereby known as the Partner “B”).

The party “B” (hereby called as Partner “B”) hereto desire to take services of account management from party A (hereby called as Partner “A”) with free will and mutual consent to do account management.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual consent made by the parties hereto, the parties to this agreement agree as follows:

That Party “A” will do “Account Management” on behalf of party “B” with full freedom.
Party B is liable to share % to Profit each week/month against the earned profit.
That this Account Management Agreement is for year from the date of commencement and will be further enhanced with the free will of both Parties (hereinafter called Party “A & B”).
Party B will never enter trade/s in the account.
Withdrawal of profit shall be after a week or a month or when both parties decide mutually.
That party A will be liable and responsible at agreed loss with party B if happens according to the agreed share %)
That if by any reason Party “B” withdraw from this agreement prior to the time period of 01 year, weeks, written notice must be given to Party “A”.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Partnership is written and understood by both the parties/partners and signed in the presence of witnesses from both side and have legal bounding between them.

Terms & Condition

Party A is free to do trade in trading account of party B with own willingness & freedom.
Party B can issue his/her concern if trading account goes % or more in loss.
Party B is not allow to forward log-in detail’s to any third party.
In case of any deliberately delay in profit sharing or change in login details party A keep its legal rights to file a complaint against the Party B.
Each Partner shall exert his best efforts and fully assist and cooperate with this Account Management Agreement in obtaining any such policies of the business.
The intent of the parties hereto, that all questions with respect to the construction of this Account Management Agreement and the rights, duties, obligations and liabilities of the parties shall be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of Laws of the State.
